Volunteer for Brighouse Arts Festival 2019

Why not volunteer for our thriving local arts festival? We operate our annual arts festival with a full team of volunteers to bring Brighouse Arts Festival to life.

Book online through TicketSource or in store at Ryecorn Wholefoods or Harrison Lord Gallery.

We want to make the most of all the amazing skills, experience and knowledge we know that the committed people of Brighouse have. Therefore, we would love for you to suggest to us, how you would like to get involved.

Stewarding Events

Help make sure that events run smoothly. Be the face of the festival, ensure that audiences enjoy their time with us, that they are safe, and that you are constantly smiling! (Also, if you are stewarding an event, the vast majority of the time you get to see the full performance for free).

Marketing & Promotion

Working with our marketing team to get the word out about The Brighouse Arts Festival and all the great entertaining events that we have on offer. Putting flyers through doors, posting on social media, placing posters throughout the town – or any other ideas that you have.

Photography & Videography

Working with our photography team to document The Brighouse Arts Festival – we want the highest quality photographs and videos of our festival to spread the word on social media and to use for next years festival. If you’re a budding photographer or videographer looking for professional volunteer opportunities then contact us; photographers and videographers get to watch the events through their lenses for free!

Assisting our Technical team (local professionals) that always need help. Are you an interested person in the technical side of theatre, fancy stage managing, turning the house lights down and making sure all the lights, music and ‘flashy’ bits look great then send an email.

If you are interested in being involved in volunteering then please do get in touch with us at the following email: artsforbrighouse@gmail.com

We will be running a full volunteer programme for the 2019 festival and details will be made on request.
